NIIT Technologies and Morris Communications win “Best Managed Services”Outsourcing Excellence Award
New Delhi, India, April 24, 2014: NIIT Technologies Ltd., a leading global IT solutions organization and MorrisCommunications have won the Outsourcing Excellence Award in the Best Managed Services category by Outsourcing Center, the leading resource of outsourcing best practices. The award recognizes NIIT Technologies’ strategic partnership with Morris Communications to provide integrated IT and BPO services.
The awards, presented in 12 categories were judged by an independent panel of industry experts who evaluated numerous worldwide entries through a rigorous selection process. The award was presented to NIIT Technologies and Morris Communications at the 18th Annual Outsourcing Excellence Awards event.

NIIT Technologies entered into a strategic partnership with Morris Communications in 2011 and has the controlling interest in the joint venture. Under the terms of the agreement of joint venture Morris transferred its key assets including IT infrastructure, people and application landscape to NIIT Technologies.
