Noise and Il Jin Electronics form a Joint Venture to Manufacture Smart Wearables in India

Noise announced a joint venture with Il Jin Electronics, a subsidiary arm of Amber Enterprises India Limited to boost the manufacturing of smart wearables in India. Noise’s in-depth understanding of the category combined with Il Jin Electronics’ expertise in manufacturing, resources, and innovative capabilities, will help build a world-class manufacturing ecosystem in India while contributing significantly to the burgeoning growth of the entire category. The joint venture aims to solidify Noise’s Make In India commitment with a focus on enhancing local value addition through in-house infrastructure development for product assembly, hardware design, and component manufacturing while prioritizing quality.

Commenting on the venture, Mr. Amit Khatri, Co-founder of Noise said, “Our partnership with Il Jin Electronics is a strategic milestone in our mission to strengthen India’s manufacturing capabilities. Noise already manufactures over 95% of products in India and is one of the first brands to localize component manufacturing. This strategic step aims at further nurturing the growth of the entire smart wearable ecosystem, expediting India’s growth to become the most lucrative hub for global manufacturers.
