Vuclip appoins Apurva Desai as Chief Financial Officer
New Delhi, India, January 27, 2014: Vuclip, the world’s largest independent mobile video and media company, has announced that Apurva Desai has been appointed the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Desai will oversee global accounting, financial planning and analysis, legal, human resources and other operational support functions at Vuclip. Desai brings more than 15 years of operational and financial experience with publicly- and privately-held global companies based in the Silicon Valley.

Desai was most recently Vice-President of Finance for Exponential Interactive, a global provider of advertising intelligence and digital media solutions to brand advertisers, managing all global financial planning and analysis, sales operations, and facilities responsibilities. Previously, Desai held leadership roles in finance at Glu Mobile, a leading mobile games publisher, Yahoo!, and Intel Corporation for over a decade. Desai began his career with Ernst & Young as a financial and information systems auditor and brings extensive global experience, having directly managed teams in the U.S., Europe, India, and China.

Desai earned his M.B.A. from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and his B.S. from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
